Although I had to manually adjust settings from the default 5/2 day schedule to override them, my normal, basic “Dumb” Honeywell functioned well for many years. I purchased the “Smart” Honeywell because I wanted to be able to easily alter it using Alexa as well as while I am not at home.

The installation process was very simple, but the programming required to set it up on our phones was a real nightmare. I had to instal two distinct applications because it is an older model. We intended to utilise Resideo, however you had to use the older software to make an account before you can use it.
