REVIEWS

SHAKILY from Madrid
I’ve revised my rating to four stars. I and other users have been commenting on the Wyze forum about the problem with the plug. Finally admitting the problem, their team updated the firmware change log to reflect that the firmware was being corrected. Employees of Wyze contacted forum users to inform them of a beta version that is intended to address the connection problem with the v1.2.0.179 firmware. I was able to download the beta release using the app and join up for beta testing.

The problem with their firmware was briefly mentioned by their team as well, which makes sense. These plugs are excellent when they function. The Wyze support forum and crew also amaze me. Consequently, I am awarding this plug four stars.

These were quite simple to put up and use. My 3D printer has a camera on it, so I wanted a means to turn it off in case a print job went haywire. I’m able to accomplish it because of this. I use a different one to switch on and off a room’s lights. They work with the other Wyze goods I currently own, and I’m quite delighted with them. All of them are under my control via the Wyze app. No Wi-Fi connectivity difficulties have ever occurred for me.

JEANIE from Barcelona
I purchased a singular plug and the setup was very easy I loved it so much I bought another package of 2. If you have an Alexa this is so easy to control on/off of any device plugged into it with just a voice command! Well worth the money

GILBERTO from Seville
With the Wyze app, these plugs are really simple to set up. The software offers many programming options, including a vacation mode, to control the plugs individually or in groups. The vacation mode is practical and randomly activates the plugs in the morning and the evening (6 pm to 11 pm local time) (6 am to 9 am). But because there is no adjustment for dawn or sunset, lights are frequently on during the day.
