FAQs
Is this airplane safe?
Yes. a battery with a capacity lower than 27,027mAh (100-watt hours) can be taken on board airplanes legally and safely. Since the capacity of your battery is 25600 mah (we labeled it on the bottom of the battery), we do believe you can take it on a plane. Please put it in a carry-on package instead of a checked package. Please make sure the capacity is readable.
can the Anker PowerCore battery banks be charged using portable solar?
The safe and easy answer is NO. However in reality it depends entirely on the solar panel. For example, a 100w panel with a built-in 60w usb-c port (like the folding BigBlue that I have) can work perfectly. The 40w difference between the panel and its built-in USB-c output allows for some fluctuations in lighting conditions while still maintaining a constant 60w usb-c output. Although this battery bank comes with a 65w charger, 60w is its actual maximum charging rate. A 100w panel with a 60w USB-c can charge the battery bank in the same amount of time as the included charger.
Would this charger be compatible with a 13-inch macbook air?
Yes, the newer Macbook Air has a Thunderbolt charging system which this has. Unless you have a Macbook Air with MagSafe which is the older model. The output of this is 60W on the USB Type-C port and the Macbook pro can also use this amount of power.
Has anyone experienced the green light not to come on? As per the instructions I pressed it twice and also pushed it for 5 seconds
Try charging it for a couple of hours. double click it in a fast session. There’s a chance that your charging plug is not charging the battery, which is in my case.
Can you charge the power bank itself at the same time while charging other devices?

Does this charge a hp envy laptop?
Since there are many models for hp envy, we are not sure about universal compatibility. But it will charge a laptop that is with Power Delivery charging technology, also the charging input of the laptop should be less than 60W.
Will the bank super fast charge the s20 ultra?
Yes – the S20 supports Fast Charging 2.0 which is basically a 10W wired/wireless connection to a supported charger. The Power Bank will deliver the 10W needed by the Fast Wireless 2.0 Charger you provide. Direct charging will also be delivered via the PD circuitry in the battery pack.
If used as an emergency backup, how long does it hold a charge without being used?
If you fully recharge the battery and do not use it, normally, it could hold a charge for over 20 months. To keep the better performance of the battery, we suggest recharging and discharging the battery every four months and you’d better keep it recharged when it is not used.
I am shocked to see a consistent flow of bad reviews here. Spend $200 and it lasts less than one year?
I have had my Anker for over 2 years and it works great. I have never had a problem with it. It charges my Galaxy S20 FE at least 6-8 times. It works well and I would buy another one if I needed it. A friend also has one and he also has zero problems with it.
will this power a Lenovo x1 thinkpad?
If the Lenovo X1 Thinkpad has a USB Type-C with a Thunderbolt port it will charge at 65W. The information provided talks about charging a Lenovo Yoga 720 which has a Type-C with a Thunderbolt port.
