FAQs

Has it got several points?

In October, an update was delivered to the headphones via the Sennheiser app, and Multi-Point was mentioned as a new function. Unfortunately, a number of customers complained about various problems with that download version, and Sennheiser removed it. According to rumors, Multi Point and all the changes will be included in the November update.

Will you be able to utilize them on your own? indicating one by one?

You can use one earpiece at a time and keep the other in the case at the same time, therefore the answer is yes.

How can the battery level of the casing be checked?

Why someone downvoted Zed’s response is beyond me; it is true. These earphones’ case lacks a button in addition to the charging port and indication light, unlike the CX400TW case. You follow Zed’s instructions to check the battery’s level.

The ldac codec is supported by this?

Although it supports aptX, it will not function at all. It is strongly advised that you choose a firm if you need a replacement for their goods after more than 30 days.

Are they suitable for running?

The STM3’s comfy fit lasts for hours, and the included fins assist keep the buds in place when jogging. Workouts have gone without incident for me.

I ride my bike outside; how do these fair in the wind?

I realize that wind is a cyclist’s deadliest adversary. The Momentum 3 (m3s), in my opinion, would be enough in windy situations. The SMART CONTROL App has a feature that allows you to activate the anti-wind function, which helps to moderately reduce wind noise.

Is the graphite color matte? because black appears cheap and matte.

Actually, the word “graphite” describes the substance pretty well. They both have the same extremely dark grey color and a very faint graphite metallic shine. Obviously made of plastic, yet it feels good in the hands and is smooth and sturdy. Furthermore, they prudently avoided giving them the rubberized feel that after a year becomes sticky.

How superior are they to Sony’s top-of-the-line earbuds?

They are the company’s flagship headphones, and in my view, they outperform Sony’s.

Is this compatible with Spinfit 360?

The answer is no.

Can they be worn like the Apple AirPod Pros 2 as hearing aids?

I’m sorry, but I don’t think they do.
