FAQs

Can two devices simultaneously connect with this?

After the Jabra Elite 7 Pro and Elite 7 Active are first made available, we anticipate that multi-use will be made possible through a firmware upgrade.

When should we anticipate the multipoint update? I need multipoint for work, but I have bought these, and the return period is just 30 days.

Multipoint will still be included in the 7-series in our future plans. We have encountered some delays as a result of our efforts to incorporate this functionality into this sleeker and more contemporary design factor. We want to release this update to the market as soon as possible.

What a difference in call quality there is between the 85t.

Call quality was considered throughout the creation of the Jabra Elite 7 Pro. Multisensor Voice is a feature of the device that improves microphone audio clarity and lessens the amount of background noise that your caller may hear.

When I tested them with two separate laptops, they wouldn’t show up in the list of Bluetooth devices.

Clear out all of your Bluetooth devices, restart your computer’s Bluetooth, and then re-discover your Bluetooth devices. But first, insert both the left and right earbuds for a brief period of time, and the headphones will attempt to pair with your computer’s Bluetooth. The buds will prompt you to turn on PC BT after a little delay. You may reconnect after PC BT is turned on.

How frequently are issues with the elite 7 pro mic mentioned online? Do they generally function well? is the issue with the user’s ear or with the hardware or software?

I have never experienced any mic issues whether using the left or right bud with my S22 phone or with Microsoft Teams on my laptop. Even though I’ve only had them for a short while, my old 75t earbuds had no problems at all—except occasionally while using WebEx on my phone, which is large because WebEx is terrible.

Can you use them while showering?

Despite having an IP57 certification, we do not advise wearing the Jabra Elite 7 Pro while taking a shower. The product is protected against water sprays, but chemicals in soaps might damage it.

Can mono be turned off? If I don’t put both of my earphones in at once, sometimes only one works, and I have to keep putting them in the charger to get a stereo.

The Jabra Sound Plus app does not allow for the selection of stereo or mono choices. We encourage you to get in touch with our Product Support Team for assistance if your worries persist. The Elite 7 Pro support sections on our website include contact information.

Are they Dolby Atmos compatible?

The Jabra Elite 7 Pro works well with Dolby Atmos for the majority of customers, but we can’t always guarantee complete operation because the Jabra Team hasn’t formally tested it.

For each earbud, how many microphones?

Each earbud of the Jabra Elite 7 Pro has a Voice Pick-Up sensor and four microphones in addition to MultiSensor Voice technology. VPU sensors employ bone conduction technology to convey your voice via vibrations in your jawbone, automatically turning on when it’s windy. This enables our very sophisticated algorithms to identify and cancel wind and other disruptive noise for the cleanest speech experience, virtually anywhere.

What product protection plans do you provide?

Yes, the Jabra Elite 7 Pro has a one-year limited guarantee that may be extended for an additional year by registering the device in the Jabra Sound+ App.
