FAQs

Is it possible to map the DPI buttons to another object, like a key on my keyboard?

Yep! You may quickly set DPI Up/Down functionalities to your chosen key(s) using one of our keyboards and our iCUE software. Please feel free to contact us through our website’s support section if you have any more questions or issues. We would be happy to help.

Does it function like a standard mouse?

Indeed, it functions essentially like a standard mouse, with the exception that you may alter the color settings, the dpi settings, and other settings using the “iCUE” application, which is available online for free download. More customizing options are available than with a normal mouse.

How does this thing’s lighting work? I adore the mouse, but the lights drive me crazy.

For your mouse, you must download the Corsair iCUE program. But be careful—the software is terrible and probably won’t save your preferences each time you turn on your computer. I haven’t logged into the software in a while to check, but they may have made some fixes.

Is this mouse sluggish?

The mouse doesn’t lag when you’re playing games by default, but if you use the iCue program to drastically raise your polling rate, it may. Often, limiting the polling rate will help you avoid this issue.

If I simultaneously press both of the side buttons. Does it track both clicks, or does it track only one of the clicks?

The side forward/back buttons can be used simultaneously, and both clicks will be recorded. Please feel free to contact us through our website’s support section if you have any more questions or issues. We would be happy to help.

Can you carry out routine duties with it?

Absolutely, yes! The SABRE RGB PRO performs mouse-like functionalities. The other capabilities, like as button assignments, RGB lighting control, and other features, are completely optional, but you may still access them using our free iCUE software. Please feel free to contact our support team by using the contact form on our website if you have any more queries, and we would be happy to help.

Is it compatible with MACs?

The SABRE RGB PRO does indeed function flawlessly with macOS. On our website, you may get iCUE for macOS. Please feel free to contact us through our website’s support section if you have any more questions or issues. We would be happy to help.

Can the 8k polling be supported by an i7 5820k?

We suggest at least an Intel® i7 9th generation or AMD RyzenTM 7 2nd generation CPU use the SABRE RGB PRO’s 8,000Hz Hyper-Polling function (or equivalent). Otherwise, the usual polling rate will function flawlessly. Please feel free to contact us through our website’s support section if you have any more questions or issues. We would be happy to help.

Can I use my Corsair wireless keyboard and this dongle together?

Sure, if you are using a wireless keyboard from us that supports SLIPSTREAM WIRELESS, you may configure Multipoint using our iCUE software. As a result, you’ll be able to connect a number of SLIPSTREAM WIRELESS devices—including a mouse, keyboard, and headset—to a single dongle. Please feel free to contact our support team by using the contact form on our website if you have any more queries, and we would be happy to help.

Does the wheel have clicks on the left and right sides? I don’t see where the advertisement indicates where each button is located.

The scroll wheel of the SABRE RGB PRO does not feature left/right tilt click capabilities. The DPI toggle (button below scroll wheel) and the forward/back buttons on the left side are the additional programmable buttons in addition to LMB/RMB and scroll wheel click. Please contact support through our website if you need any help, and we’ll be happy to help.
